On the appeal of Sarim Burney Trust International, Sindh High Court ordered three children’s custody back to mother. Husband divorced his wife and kept her three kids with him. On a petition of Human rights organization Sarim Burney Trust International, honorable judge Justice Abdur Rasool in Sindh High Court order to grant the kids custodianship back to mother.

A woman submitted an application that her husband divorced her and kept her three Childs including one infant. Sarim Burney met her and she request to recover her children, as she belongs to a poor family and can’t afford the legal expenses to fight for justice. On the application of the above woman Chairman SBTI, Sarim Burney gave directions to legal team to file a petition under article 199 in Sindh High Court. The legal team immediately filed a petition in Sindh High Court on which Justice Abdur Rasool ordered to grant the guardianship of the children back to mother. Chairman Sarim Burney Trust International, Sarim Burney appreciate the judgment of the respected judge and said that peoples are looking toward the respected courts for justice. If everyone gets justice, it will change the society and increase our moral values.
The applicant for the custody of children meet Sarim Burney and admire Sarim Burney Trust International that due to sincere work of SBTI in my case, I was confident to meet justice and today my children are with me. She also said that if human rights organization works in genuine way, for the greater interest of humanity then the violation of human rights in Pakistan will be decrease
